What this site is

The Behavioral Intelligence Research Project is an open study of how teams behave at work. It collects anonymous observations from working people and builds them into a benchmark dataset. Using this site means taking part in that study, or reading about it.

Who runs it

The study is run by the research team behind The BI Method, a company registered in the Netherlands. It is not a university study and we do not present it as one.

Taking part is voluntary

• You can stop at any point before submitting, and nothing is kept.
• You are not paid, and we do not offer any incentive for taking part.
• You must be at least 18 and answering about your own experience of work.
• After submitting you can withdraw your responses using the opt-out link provided.
