What this site is

Behaviour Intelligence Platform is an open study of how teams behave at work. It collects anonymous observations from working people and builds them into a benchmark dataset. Using this site means taking part in that study, or reading about it.

Who runs it

The study is run by the research team behind The BI Method, a company registered in the Netherlands. It is not a university study and we do not present it as one.
